During the training program in India, besides learning IT and English it is also important make friends and understand the Indian Culture. In our Buddy Program, we assign each Japanese trainee a Softbridge engineer as a BUDDY.


Indian Buddies act as mentors and support during their stay in Pune. They jointly participate in various weekend activities, such as; English Conversations, sight seeing to various parts of the city, Picnics, visits and home-stay with Indian families.

Such program immensely helps Japanese trainees to understand and become aware of various subtle cultural differences between India and Japan. Also it enables Softbridge Indian engineers to know more about Japan.
