• WEB Technologies :
  Experience in Banking, Smart Card and Publishing domain would be an advantage.

  JAVA/J2EE - OOAD, UML, Core Java, Servlets, JSP/ Struts, Websphere/Weblogic.

  OpenSource - PHP, MySQL, Perl, Apache & Linux.

  Microsoft Technologies - C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Studio.NET, IIS.
  

• EMBEDDED :
  RTOS : VX works, iTRON, Embedded Linux, JVM, J2ME
  OS internals, Device drivers.
  Processors: x86, i960, MIPS, ARM9, bARM, SH3.
  Languages: Assembly, C, C++, VC++, Java, WML.
  
  
• CAD/CAM Engineers:
  CAD Tools: Catia V4/V5, I-deas, Pro-E/UG-NX
  Design Module: Surface modeling, solid modeling, assembly design and drafting.
  
  Candidates experienc in Automobile Industries would be preferred.
  
  
• Network and System Administrator :
  Installation, Administration & Troubleshooting of Network/Standalone OS's.Working knowledge on any/all Operating System Like Window 98/ Win 2003 / Sun Solaris/ Linux.
  
  Hands on experiences with Heterogeneous operating system Networks and/or
  experiences of with complete Microsoft OS network.
  
  Advantages those with exposure of Cisco/any routers, switches, hubs & Setting up VPN and VOIP on Cisco/any routers..
  Candidates with certifications of MCSE, CCNA would be preferred

• Database Administrator :
5 yrs of Experience as a DBA
Database or system administrators across all platforms

Databases like Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Ingress, MS SQL Server on any platforms. System administrators in the area of , Win 2000, NT, Win 95/98, Win XP, Linux, AIX, Solaris, MS DOS

Well versed with in Database Design, SQL architecture Design,  Database administration, Performance Tuning and have good knowledge of triggers.

Candidates with Certifications would be preferred.

Educational Qualification:
BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MCM/ MCS/BCS/BCA. Basic Japanese preferred, but no prior knowledge of Japanese necessary.

Experience Required: 3 years+

Shortlisted candidates will be called for HR Interview, followed by Technical interview before final selection.

Intensive Japanese Language Training:
Prior to employment with Softbridge Solutions in Japan, selected candidates will have to undergo a 5.5 month full-time Japanese language and cultural orientation training program in Pune.

Training program starts 6th of November '06 in Pune.
A stipend will be provided for the above training period to all selected candidates.
