This methodology for the development of software can be described as a distributed model, with some phases of the project being conducted onsite and others being conducted offshore. For instance the requirement analysis, which requires interaction with the client, is conducted at the client’s location. Successive phases of the project, like design, development, and unit and system testing are performed at our offshore locations in India. Finally the tested product is brought back onsite to the client for Acceptance testing
