Softbridge Solutions, Japan to collaborate with
C-DAC

Pune, September 3, 2002: Softbridge Solutions,
Japan and Centre for Development of Advanced Computing
(C-DAC), India, today entered into a strategic
alliance to deliver cross cultural Information
Technology (IT) and language training to Japanese
and Indian Professionals.
The partnership between Softbridge and C-DAC will
enable both organizations to offer comprehensive
training, software solutions and services to customers
in the Indian and Japanese markets. The alliance
will also allow C-DAC to offer a wide range of
IT training courses to Japanese students and professionals.
Softbridge will provide comprehensive Japanese
language training to C-DAC graduates, to equip
them to work in Japan. In addition, Softbridge
will promote C-DAC’s offshore development
capabilities in the Japanese market.
Commenting on the alliance, Prashant Jain President
and CEO, Softbridge Solutions, Japan said. Japan
is facing a tremendous shortage of skilled IT
manpower. C-DAC’s Advanced Computing training
programs with their contemporary syllabus, technological
superiority, professional conduct and industrial
acceptance will provide growth opportunities for
Japanese professionals and companies. “C-DAC
graduates would benefit too as they would learn
the Japanese language, a prerequisite to work
in Japan, he added.
