| Ms. Shaila Kagal; M.S. |
Prof. Kagal, an M.S. from University of Washington, works largely in the areas of Software Life Cycle Management and Application Design. Her industry experience of nearly 30 years of having worked in a variety of IT domains adds insight to her subjects and brings an industry orientation. She has been teaching postgraduate students and guiding projects.
She has worked in the manufacturing industry and also in an IT organization with major contribution in developing IT strategies & policies. She also developed several IT applications in Finance, Inventory, Sales and Production. She has also carried out various assignments in the area of requirement analysis, product specification etc. Under her guidance, several projects have taken shape, which include a company-wide network, Order Processing System to reduce lead-time, Financial Information System to cover a wide range of operations across a geographical spread, and building in-house mini-ERP. Her efforts were in bringing IT into Project business.
In the academics, she has experience of building a curriculum that combines b technology basics & advances, industry practices and soft skills to deliver IT solutions. Several methods of delivering education are introduced under her direction so that the gap between the academics and the industry are minimized. |

| Anjali Gajendragadkar |
M.Sc. (Physics- sp. Electronics ), CCNA, CNE
Prof. Anjali Gajendragadkar is a postgraduate from Bombay University with special interests in Electronics and Networking. She also has international certifications such as Certified Novell Engineer 5.0 and Cisco Certified Network Associate 2.0. Her research interests include: Performance issues of TCP over wire and wireless networks; QoS: DiffServ and IntServ; Security in Distributed computing; High Performance Networks.
Her current work is in the areas of Network Security, Policy Based Bandwidth Management, High Availability/High Performance solutions. She has publications to her credit and has delivered workshops and lectures at South Asian Network Organization Group, Karnataka, India, Jan 15-22, 2004; Computer Society Of India, Pune chapter, Maharashtra, India, Networking South Asia (NetSa) at Sri Lanka, in 2003 and NetWare 5.0 at Novell India Ltd. Mumbai, 1999.
With a rich experience of teaching and carrying out projects in various areas of research and applications, she enjoys teaching Network Technology, Internet Protocol and architecture, Computer Networks, Wireless Networks, Distributed Computing, Network Security, and Open Source Technology etc. |

| Preeti Kaul; MBA (major in Human Resource Management) |
Preeti Kaul is an MBA from Pune University, with a major in Human Resource Management. She has also done a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from the same University, where she happened to be the topper of the 1997-98 batch. She has acquired a Diploma in Computer Application too.
During her academics, she dabbled into free-lancing for some of India's leading English Dailies. Her initial years of work were as a HR Generalist and imparting behavioural training in the hospitality industry. She is a certified Hospitality Soft Skill Trainer and has worked with the best of international chains.
Her current areas of research are Man Power Planning of IT Sector in India and Impact of
Globalization on International HRM. |

| Pradnya Purandare; MCM |
Prof. Pradnya Purandare is a postgraduate from Pune University in Computer Management.
Her initial years of work were as a software trainer in software training industry. She has also conducted corporate training. She has been working as a Post Graduate Lecturer in Pune University colleges.
With a rich experience of teaching for six years which includes Application Programming, Web Technologies, Database Technologies and being a project guide to post graduate students of Pune University. She enjoys teaching Java, OOAD and UML, Application programming - VB, Developer 2000, SSAD, DBMS, RDBMS - Oracle 8i, Web Technologies - JavaScipt, VBScript, Server Side Programming - ASP, CGI - Perl, Data Structures, MIS etc. |

| R. Venkatraman; B.Tech, (IIT-Mumbai), MBA (IIM Ahemedabad) |
Prof. Venkatraman is an Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Bombay) and an MBA rank-holder from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM, Ahemedabad) the leading management school in India affiliated to the Harvard Business School. He has over 28 years of rich experience in the IT industry covering strategic and operational responsibilities with exposure to varied areas in software including MRP/ ERP software for the manufacturing industry, solutions for the Banking and Financial Services industry and several vertical segments.
He started his own consulting and software development company in Bombay in 1987 to provide consulting servic es and IT solutions to several organizations including leading multinationals. He was responsible for implementation and support of MRP/ERP packages at a number of renowned organizations. He has thorough knowledge in production information and control systems, IT strategy, MIS development, Networking and QA.
Presently, he specializes in the areas of strategic consulting and application of Optimization techniques to a variety of functional areas including Logistics, Market Planning, Financial Planning Human Resources etc.. He is also an avid exponent of the benefits of KM and Balanced Scorecard in present-day enterprises. |

| Rajesh D. Nagawade B.E.(Computer Science & Engineering) |
Prof. Rajesh has a b interest in the areas - Theory of Languages, Computer Science and Operating Systems. Graduated in Computer Science and Engineering from Pune University in 1998, his love for teaching has led him to a career of Faculty member in various Software Subjects.
His work continues to be in Languages and Operating Systems (viz. Compilers, Languages,
Theory of Comp Science, Unix, OOPS).
He has an experience of teaching & guiding projects at reputed educational institutes in Pune prior to joining SCIT. He is often invited as assessor or evaluator in his subject areas.
Some of his Projects are related to language conversion such as from C to PASCAL, TeX the typesetting language processor & partial Compiler; Handling data queries by parsing .dbf using Python; |

| Roseline Rodrigues; MCM |
Mrs. Roseline Rodrigues is a postgraduate from Pune University in Computer Management
She enjoys teaching particularly, Application programming, RDBMS and Web Technologies - JavaScipt, VBScript, Server Side Programming - ASP. Her present interest and work in "Software Life Cycle Management".
Her initial work as a software/web developer in the IT industry for 4 years gives her the right background in managing hands-on teaching and project development. |

| Sujata Mukherji; M.Phil, M.A, M.B.A. B.Ed. |
Prof. Mukherji, an M.Phil in English Literature & MA again in English Literature from University of Mumbai is also a trained and very experienced teacher of English Language. Her additional qualifications as M.B.A. and a Diploma in Journalism provides her a unique insight in dealing with foreign students.
She has a rich experience of teaching English language and literature and conducted educational programs, organized seminars, debates, elocutions, and workshops. She has been a Corporate Trainer and was also involved in the implementation of management improvement programs based on Japanese management techniques. |

| Prof. Chaudhari is an MA (English Literature) and an experience in teaching English through out. Her experience of teaching in English Medium Schools is specially useful in teaching English to beginners. |

Prof. Bhagawat holds an MA and B.Ed. with qualifications for teaching at University levels also. She has taught English at various institutes and a range of professionals from Bankers to Law practitioners & students. Her experience of teaching 'Spoken English' for Korean students Dec.2002 to July 2003 has been her special experience of teaching English to non-English speaking foreign students. |
